Terms of Payment
Direct payment on the website can be made with Visa or MasterCard.
We do not accept American Express.
Purchases arranged by telephone or mail can be paid by Visa, MasterCard,
money order, bank draft or personal check. Please do not send
payment until we have confirmed that your item is available.
If you are paying with a credit card and do not wish to place
your order online, do not email your credit card information.
Please phone, fax or mail credit card information, including the
type of card, expiration date, billing address for the card, and
the full name as it appears on the card.
Payment is in U.S. dollars only.
New Mexico residents, please note: state sales tax will be charged
on purchases made in New Mexico when shipped to a New Mexico address.

We will send email confirmation when the item has been reserved.
Please note that if payment is not received within 10 days of
the reserve date the item will be released for sale.
Items are shipped insured, via UPS. Please include a street address
(not a P.O. Box) when sending payment, as well as a contact telephone
Purchases are shipped within five days of payment by money order
or credit card. Items paid by personal check are shipped after
the check has cleared (5 – 10 business days).
FedEx is an option if you have your own billing account number
and request FedEx as your shipper.
INSURED SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
$16.00 for amounts up to $100.00
$26.00 for amounts between $101.00 and $200.00
$30.00 for amounts between $201.00 and $400.00
$40.00 for amounts between $401.00 and $700.00
For amounts above $701.00, and for shipments exceeding 30 pounds,
shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to the customer.
All shipping charges quoted above are for packages shipped within
the continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please inquire
for international shipping charges.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:
- The Ann Lawrence Collection must be contacted by telephone
or email within 24 hours of receipt of the item you wish to
return. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
- Once a return has been authorized the item must be shipped
at the customer’s expense, in the same condition as sent,
by the same carrier, fully insured, within 3 days of return
authorization. Please be aware that you are liable for the full
cost until we receive the item.
- When the above conditions for return are met a refund is issued
promptly. The Ann Lawrence Collection does not reimburse shipping
and insurance charges for original or return shipping. In addition,
refunds have a 10% processing fee deducted up to a maximum of
$50. Credit card charges are also deducted if that form of payment
- If the above conditions are not met a refund will not be issued.
- No returns are accepted on international purchases.
